A bit of a mission statement
I've been trying to come up with a way to keep track of what I've been doing, and changing in my life, in order to have better overall health. The list has, of course, become longer and more entangled the further I've come. It now includes everything from big dietary changes, to more sustained fitness/martial arts training. From getting up earlier, to being gentler with myself when I fall short of my own expectations.
Now, when I say "better overall health" I mean that in a holistic way; which is say body, mind, and spirit. A tremendous cliche I know, but it's being a cliche is directly linked how important connecting those three aspects of health are.
I'm using this site to chronicle the various ups, downs, and curveballs that this process has brought, and will bring to my life. I do this so that I can keep some perspective on said process, as well as sharing it with that average blog readership of 1.
